Our Business Improvement team plays a vital role in driving organisational change and delivering strategic solutions. We work collaboratively across the business to analyse requirements, design processes, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Role
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise across multiple projects, including IT, CRM, business change, and process improvement. You will gather and analyse robust business requirements, design and re-engineer processes, and specify changes to systems and ways of working. Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Manager, you’ll help deliver innovation and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
