We are looking for an experienced Group Operations Manager to join our growing group of specialist property businesses, covering:

  • Property insurance claims & claims management
  • Specialist leak detection & water-damage investigation

This is a senior management role, working closely with the Group Managing Director and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the group. You'll lead and support office-based teams, oversee performance and accountability, improve processes and systems, monitor KPIs, manage customer service standards and ensure our operational teams are working efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong people-management and operations experience, with the confidence to delegate, hold teams accountable, identify operational issues and implement practical solutions. Experience within property claims, construction, property services or field-service operations would be highly desirable.
