This Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work within HR based in our London, Elephant and Castle office. You will be a 12 month fixed term contract employee. This role can also offer blended working after the initial settling in period – 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

Job Purpose:
To provide a full shared service activity to deliver all associated "end to end" recruitment for vacancies specifically within the engineering sector. To deliver customer satisfaction, raising the bar and improving performance.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position and contribute to the development of new strategies to reach out to individuals with the necessary qualifications and experience.
- Use recruiting and sourcing tools (i.e. job boards, social media, database, search engines, networking) to build an ongoing candidate pipeline for both current and future job requisitions.
- Build a network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge talent alignment for engineering roles across our footprint.
- Attend specific industry-related events including tradeshows and networking events.
- Support Recruitment Coordinators where required in the scheduling and management of on and off site interviews, including: booking conference rooms, management of candidate expenses etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have recruitment experience either gained in-house or agency.
- Must have good knowledge and experience of the Engineering or Utility market.
- Collaborative working.
- Excellent Customer focus including, written, telephony, email, face-to-face.
- All completed activities follow best practice and any legislative requirements.
- Manage relationships with wider HR team and several Business Managers.
- Respond to all requests for information or support within an appropriate timescale.
- Support projects relating to new activities within the resourcing team.
- Ideally HR knowledge & experience.
