This Onboarding Co-Ordinator will report to the Onboarding Co-ordinator – Team Leader and will work within Human Resources based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £29,500 and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) – 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job Purpose:
To provide a full shared service activity to deliver all associated \”end to end\” administration for vacancies. To deliver customer satisfaction, raising the bar and improving performance.
Dimensions
This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. The ideal applicant will have experience working in a customer service environment and will use their experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide an efficient and accurate solution. You will ideally have experience working in an HR or recruitment field.
Principal Accountabilities:
The team must complete all recruitment administrative activities and actions, this includes, but is not limited to:
- New starter contracts
- Pre-employment checks on new starters and managing entire process
- Setting up new agency / permanent staff in SAP
- Creation of position numbers
- Respond to ad hoc recruitment queries
- Checking/verifying all non-UK qualifications and any other documentation
- Manage recruitment inbox and dealing with queries
- Ensure all required candidate information is captured as a full pack per candidate with no omissions, eg interview notes etc
- Offer and contract completion
- Satisfactory referencing
- Liaising with new employees, arranging start dates, ensuring a link is maintained with candidates post offer acceptance and pre joining
- Induction process/on-boarding as required
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Excel experience with the ability to produce reports
- Collaborative working
- Excellent Customer focus including, written, telephony, email, face-to-face
- All completed activities follow best practice and any legislative requirements
- Relationships management with wider HR team and Business Managers
- Respond to all requests for information or support within an appropriate timescale
- Support projects relating to new activities within the resourcing team
- Ideally HR knowledge & experience
