Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? UK Power Networks invites you to become our next Management Accountant – Information Services, joining a forward-thinking team in Crawley. This is your opportunity to work for an industry leader and make a real impact in the energy sector. You will attract a salary of £55,000.00 and a bonus of 7.5%.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to regular management meetings alongside senior business figures, supporting key decisions and strategic direction.
  • Back the annual budget process, ensuring budgets are clear, achievable, and closely connected to tangible benefits and deliverables.
  • Prepare vital regulatory submissions to Ofgem, ensuring compliance and excellence in all financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant or a near finalist (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who can confidently partner across the business, engaging with senior management and executive teams.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into valuable insights that drive business performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills, such as PivotTables, SUMIFs, and XLOOKUPs, are essential to streamline and automate repeated processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PowerQuery, PowerBI, and other AI tools is an advantage, as is experience working within regulated industries.
