Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are looking for a talented Lead Engineer to join our team at Capital Programme - Investment Delivery, based in our Colchester office. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £89,786, plus a car allowance and a 3% bonus.
As the Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering major projects within the EPN Operations team. You will lead a team of 3 to 4 Engineers, ensuring that project requirements are met through effective planning and organization of technical resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the coordination and performance of project and commissioning engineers.
- Overseeing the delivery of projects.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high standards of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
