The role is a permanent appointment reporting to the Operations Manager, with blended working after a 6-month probation (3 days in the office, 2 remote). Salary is £68,144 per annum plus a 3% bonus.
The post holder will coordinate field staff, engineers and schedulers, supporting Zero Harm and delivering regional operational excellence.
