Are you a planning pro who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and keeping major programmes moving? Join us as a Project Planner and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects within the Defence sector and wider PMO. We are looking for a fully conversant P6 planner who will be working independently and must be able to carry out the tasks from the JD without support. This role will be predominantly supporting a secure government site with strict clearance levels.
What You'll Do
- Drive schedule development, coordination and optimisation across multiple projects
- Maintain and validate detailed programmes in Primavera P6
- Support change control, risk analysis and performance reporting
- Lead planning workshops and provide guidance on best-practice project controls
- Analyse supplier schedules, identify risks and support recovery strategies
- Ensure project milestones, dependencies and baselines are accurate and compliant
