UK Power Networks in Borehamwood seeks a Connection Coordinator to own the end-to-end customer journey for metered connections up to 69kVA. You will act as the main contact, coordinating site visits, quotations, payments and MPANs, while liaising with authorities and delivery teams.
This permanent role reports to the Team Leader in Connection Services, with a target to strengthen customer satisfaction and BMoCS performance.
