Are you a Chartered Quality professional ready to take the lead on assurance, governance and continuous improvement within a major infrastructure business?
As Quality and Assurance Manager at UKPN Services, you'll report to the Principal Lawyer and lead the delivery of our quality management and assurance framework.
Managing a team of 2-4 Quality Engineers, you'll oversee internal and external audit programmes, maintain key certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 55001, drive continual improvement across the business and ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and company requirements.
You'll review and enhance quality systems and procedures, manage audit findings through to closure, produce performance reports and management reviews, support projects and tenders, represent the business during third-party audits and act as UKPN Services' Data Champion, promoting GDPR compliance and effective record management.
We're looking for an MCQI-qualified Quality professional with Lead Auditor certification and extensive experience in quality management systems, auditing and assurance within utilities, infrastructure, construction, engineering or similarly regulated environments.
You'll bring strong ISO knowledge, leadership capability, stakeholder management skills and experience delivering audit programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
