Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver essential electricity infrastructure projects while leading safety, quality and commercial performance? UK Power Networks Services is looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Connections team, managing customer connection and diversion projects across overhead line and underground cable networks up to 11kV.

Take Ownership of End-to-End Project Delivery

Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to design, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with UK Power Networks standards, CDM 2015 regulations and customer expectations. Working closely with internal teams, customers, contractors and suppliers, you'll oversee programme management, forecasting, commercial performance, contract administration, risk management, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement. You'll also provide site oversight, coordinate specialist resources, maintain governance requirements and help drive continuous improvement across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong understanding of NRSWA/Street Works requirements
  • Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APM PMQ
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within utilities, electrical infrastructure or construction environments
  • Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts, Primavera, NEBOSH or HV/LV networks (advantageous)
