Are you ready to lead high-impact infrastructure projects at one of the world\’s busiest airports? Join UK Power Networks Services as a Programme Manager based at Heathrow and play a pivotal role in delivering complex, innovative electrical projects.

As Programme Manager, you will oversee a portfolio valued at approximately £30 million per year, managing project teams of up to 120 professionals and 8 direct reports. You\’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, steer projects from inception to completion, and ensure seamless handover to Maintenance. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (including CDM), stakeholder engagement, risk management, financial oversight, and delivering high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary of £94,904 plus a 3% bonus, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension contributions up to 10%, exclusive discounts, health benefits, and additional leave for reservists.
