This will involve working with the full-time dedicated customer champions within the team.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nLocation of faults on the Distribution network\\n\\nThe restoration of LV supplies in agreement with LV control\\n\\nTesting and switching on the LV network -and understanding the results of the tests and acting appropriately\\n\\nRepairs to public lighting services\\n\\nAny other relevant jointing duties\\n\\nSupervision of excavating teams\\n\\nUnderstanding and providing updates for operational and 1:500 diagrams,\\n\\nLV and HV jointing\\n\\nUse of appropriate IT equipment including TDR, LV Faults sniffer and FFE equipment\\n\\nImmediate supervision of Craft Attendant.\\n\\nLB inspections and carrying out of network sweeps as required Nature and Scope\\n\\nyou will play an important role in the safe restoration of LV supplies. We are regulated by various guidelines, and it will ensure successful compliance with Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Interruption targets.
