Are you passionate about enhancing employee engagement and driving positive change within an organization? Join UK Power Networks as an Employee Engagement Specialist and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving employee experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will report to the Employee Engagement Manager and work within the Human Resources directorate based in our London office. This is a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months, offering a competitive salary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience, along with a 7.5% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, you can enjoy blended working with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

In this role, you will support company-wide engagement activities, including:

  • Conferences
  • Employee forums
  • Charitable activities
  • Recognition events

You will manage community matters projects, collaborate with the wellbeing team, and facilitate UK Power Networks' pursuit of an IiP Wellbeing accreditation. Additionally, you will track and communicate EMT engagement commitments, contribute to team tasks such as vendor and diary management, improve the employee engagement intranet site, and monitor engagement channels.
