We are looking for a talented Development Project Manager to join our innovative team in London, where you\’ll play a pivotal role in steering high-value projects from concept through to completion. You will attract a salary of £80,574, inner London Allowance, Car Allowance and a bonus of 3%. In this role, you\’ll oversee the development and delivery of projects valued at £10 million or more, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. You\’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, applying your strong commercial acumen and expertise in best practice construction management. Your leadership will extend to guiding cross-functional teams, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout each project\’s lifecycle. Your duties include preparing robust project plans, developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and conducting value engineering to maximise efficiency and innovation. You will also coordinate project governance documentation, oversee all pre-construction requirements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including CDM and ISO9001 quality standards. Experience using industry-leading project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and online collaboration platforms is essential. We\’re seeking applicants with a Degree, HND, or HNC in Electrical or Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on Project Management. Experience managing sizeable construction or engineering projects is crucial. A recognised project management qualification or membership, such as APM or Chartered status, will be highly regarded, as will an IOSH Managing Safely certificate or equivalent.
