Help shape the future of electricity distribution with a business that powers over 8 million homes and businesses across London, the South East and the East of England. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced engineer to influence long-term asset strategy, support regulatory delivery and drive innovation across a critical network.

Working within the Asset Strategy team, you will develop and improve inspection, maintenance, replacement and refurbishment strategies for key distribution assets. You will analyse asset health, criticality and risk data, shape investment plans, prepare business cases, support regulatory submissions and work closely with Network Operations, Capital Delivery and suppliers to improve network resilience, performance and efficiency.

If you have an HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of electrical distribution assets and experience turning complex data into practical engineering decisions, this role offers real career progression and technical variety. You will join a respected team known for innovation, regulatory leadership and developing engineering talent.
