UK Power Networks Services is seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to support project delivery across Hampshire and Wiltshire. Working closely with Project Managers and reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
You’ll provide essential project and business support, including:
- raising Service and Purchase Orders
- processing invoices
- maintaining SAP records
- producing project reports
- supporting meetings and risk reviews
- coordinating training, competency and compliance records
- preparing project documentation
- managing timesheets and expenses
- responding to stakeholder queries
Your attention to detail will help keep project controls, reporting and administration running smoothly.
We’re looking for a collaborative and organised individual with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach. SAP experience and a background in project environments would be beneficial.
