The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right swimming pool equipment and providing excellent service both over the phone/online & in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing expert advice
- Selling swimming pool equipment and related products
- Processing orders and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining product knowledge to confidently advise customers
- Supporting general day-to-day operations of the business
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
