At UK Plumbing Supplies, we’ll train you to become a confident sales and business operations professional in the UK’s largest independent network of plumbing and heating merchants.
Our Commercial Development Programme is designed to create future commercial leaders by combining real work with structured learning, preparing you for roles in management or senior sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hands-on product learning - start in the warehouse to handle stock, learn its features, and understand how it solves customer problems.
- Customer-facing sales work - serve customers at the trade counter and by phone, developing your communication and selling skills.
- Cross-team shadowing - experience different functions, from the Commercial Team to the Service Centre, to see the full business picture.
- Account management - once you’re delivering consistent results, take ownership of your own accounts and grow your portfolio.
- Off-site sales training - gain professional, industry-recognised skills through structured courses alongside your in-site experience.
- Events & networking - attend supplier trade days, customer breakfasts, and industry events.
You’ll be supported throughout by experienced managers, structured coaching, and our Profit Share scheme, so the success you create comes straight back to you.
