Job Overview

Graham Bristol is looking for a dependable and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team.

This is a key role in the day-to-day running of the site.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard - from managing deliveries and picking orders to operating warehouse equipment and keeping wastage to a minimum.

We're looking for someone who knows how to move at pace, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of the space they work in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and sign for deliveries from suppliers
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for collection and delivery
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts
  • Load and unload vehicles with care, following manual handling procedures
  • Maintain clear, organised stock locations to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure effective rotation of stock to prevent damage and wastage
  • Take a proactive role in keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
  • Support wider site operations and work closely with the sales counter team
