We're looking for a Commercial Project Coordinator to support our Commercial Project Manager across a varied mix of fleet, property, procurement and site development projects.
This is a hands‑on coordination role for someone who enjoys keeping track of multiple projects, suppliers and deadlines.
You'll help manage the administration behind commercial projects, maintain spreadsheets and project information, coordinate suppliers and contractors, and support CAPEX submissions and commercial analysis.
Our locations have significant autonomy over their own businesses, so relationships matter.
You'll work with managers across the UK, helping provide the information, supplier options and commercial support they need to make good investment decisions.
You'll initially focus on project coordination and administration, with the opportunity to become more involved in specific areas as your knowledge and experience develops.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support commercial projects across our network of 310+ UK locations.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Support fleet procurement across vans, LGVs, HGVs and other equipment.
- Prepare information and costings to support CAPEX submissions and investment decisions.
- Coordinate property repairs, refurbishments and site improvement projects.
- Maintain project trackers, commercial information and Excel spreadsheets.
- Support the procurement of non-stock goods and services.
- Maintain approved supplier agreements, pricing and documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and help identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Produce reports and analyse expenditure and project information.
- Support site layouts and CAD drawing updates where required.
- Visit UKPS locations to support projects, surveys and site improvement initiatives.
- What We’re Looking For
We’re open‑minded about where you’ve gained your experience.
You could currently work in project coordination, logistics, 3PL, transport, procurement, fleet, facilities, supply chain or commercial administration.
More importantly, you’ll bring
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good commercial awareness and confidence working with costs and numbers.
- Strong Excel skills and an ability to organise information clearly.
- Confidence building relationships with managers, suppliers and contractors.
- A proactive approach to chasing actions and solving problems.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to locations across the UK when required.
Experience with Auto CAD would be useful but isn’t essential, and training can be provided.
- What You’ll Get
- Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience + Profit Share
- Company laptop and mobile phone.
- Training and development opportunities
- Exposure to projects across fleet, property, procurement and commercial operations.
If you’re organised, commercially minded and enjoy being the person who keeps multiple moving parts under control, we’d like to hear from you.
