Our sites are run by people who know their customers, their stock, and their local market. We're looking for a commercially minded Estimator to join our regional team in London. It's about protecting margin, spotting risk early, and making sure we win the right work at the right price.
You’ll be reviewing drawings, schedules, and tender documents for plumbing and heating projects, turning them into accurate, competitive quotations that make sense commercially. You’ll work closely with contractors, suppliers, and our internal team to make sure every figure stacks up - from materials and pricing through to delivery logistics.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents for plumbing and heating projects
- Managing incoming enquiries via email and phone, prioritising workload effectively
- Liaising with contractors and project teams to clarify requirements
- Supporting the sites with pricing strategy and commercial decisions
- Identifying risks, inconsistencies, or cost pressures before quotes are submitted
Experience in an estimating role within plumbing, heating, building services, or merchant environment.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel experience essential - VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables advantageous).
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
