This role is suitable for those with direct experience in the renewables, mechanical, or heating design sectors, as well as individuals with transferable skills such as CAD design, plumbing knowledge, or mechanical engineering who are looking to pivot into the renewables industry.
Full training and support will be provided on our product range and renewable technologies. Whether you are already in the sector or want to build a career in low-carbon design, this role is your chance to thrive.
- Design and specify installation plans for low-carbon heating systems (e.g., Create 2D CAD drawings and technical documentation)
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations (Building Regs, MCS)
- Provide technical support to customers and sales colleagues
- Experience in mechanical, plumbing or heating system design
- CAD design experience
- Familiarity with heat pump systems, hydraulic design, or BPEC Level 3
- Knowledge of Building Regulations (Part L, F, O), MCS standards (MIS3005)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Work in a non-hierarchical, agile business where autonomy is the norm
- Receive full support and training to upskill or reskill into the renewable sector
