UK Planet Tools is looking for a skilled, versatile Multimedia Creative to join our design team in an exciting and varied role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across the business, including day-to-day product photography, as well as planning, filming and editing engaging video content for YouTube and our social media channels. This role involves working closely with the marketing and design team to create content that showcases our products, supports campaigns and helps customers better understand the tools we sell.

You will take ownership of the full video production process, from planning and preparing shoots to setting up the studio environment, filming and editing the final content. You will be expected to retouch images in Adobe Photoshop, edit video in Adobe Premiere Pro, and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce clean, high-quality product photography for our website and marketplaces
  • Operate and manage our Orbitvu 360° photography system
  • Capture detailed feature shots and product close-ups
  • Plan and organise video content, including preparing shot ideas, scripts or key product highlights
  • Prepare studio setups for filming, including lighting, backgrounds and camera positioning
  • Film product demonstrations, promotional videos and social media content
  • Create short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram and other platforms
  • Capture clear product explanations and feature demonstrations
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Create motion graphics and video enhancements in Adobe After Effects
  • Retouch and optimise images using Adobe Photoshop
  • Prepare and stage products for photography and filming
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand quality across all content
  • Organise and manage media files efficiently
  • Work closely with the marketing and design team to support campaigns and new product launches

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in product photography and videography (portfolio required)
  • Confident using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
  • Experience with studio lighting for photography and video
  • Ability to plan and execute video shoots independently
  • Strong experience editing video in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and visual quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational skills and structured workflow
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Interest in tools, DIY or product demonstration content
