About the Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will:
- Support service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
- Promote independence and dignity at every opportunity.
- Encourage engagement in activities and routines that enhance wellbeing.
- Provide care that reflects the individual's choices, culture, and aspirations.
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and flexible individuals who can commit to:
- Working a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
- Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one off).
- Travelling up to one hour from your postcode to deliver care.
You must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Have good general availability to provide consistent care.
- Be willing to complete our induction and shadowing programme.
- Have a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference. (Experience in care is preferred but not essential β we will train you)
