We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated HCA Supported Living professional to join our ever-growing team. This role is vital in ensuring that the individuals we support can live as independently as possible while receiving the necessary care and guidance.
As an HCA in Supported Living, you will be engaged in a rewarding environment, working directly with clients to help them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Your daily activities will involve not just personal care, but also enhancing social interactions and facilitating community engagement. - Provide personal care and support to individuals in supported living environments.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.

Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. You should have a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required. An understanding of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting is essential. A valid DBS check and relevant healthcare qualifications are advantageous.
