Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals in supported living environments.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Support individuals in developing skills for independent living and community participation.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and care needs regularly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting.
- A valid DBS check and relevant healthcare qualifications are advantageous.
