About the Role
We are recruiting two experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our RAPID team. This role involves providing high-quality, responsive support to adults with complex needs in our clients' homes. You will be part of a fast-paced service where flexibility, confidence, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
Essential Experience
- Working with clients with challenging behaviours
- CPI training (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
- Moving and handling
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Experience with supported living clients
- Mental health support experience
About You
- Confident and calm when handling challenging situations
- Skilled in de-escalation and behaviour management
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Able to work quickly within a rapid-response rota
- Compassionate and committed to high standards of care
Requirements
- Must be a driver (no walkers or non-drivers)
- Must be able to travel across Stafford and surrounding areas within a 70 mile radius
- Non-smokers preferred
- Fluent in English
- Open to male or female applicants
