About the Role

We are recruiting two experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our RAPID team. This role involves providing high-quality, responsive support to adults with complex needs in our clients' homes. You will be part of a fast-paced service where flexibility, confidence, and strong decision-making skills are essential.

Essential Experience

  • Working with clients with challenging behaviours
  • CPI training (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
  • Moving and handling
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Experience with supported living clients
  • Mental health support experience

  • Confident and calm when handling challenging situations
  • Skilled in de-escalation and behaviour management
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional
  • Able to work quickly within a rapid-response rota
  • Compassionate and committed to high standards of care

Requirements

  • Must be a driver (no walkers or non-drivers)
  • Must be able to travel across Stafford and surrounding areas within a 70 mile radius
  • Non-smokers preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Open to male or female applicants
  • Full-time availability
