Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in supported living environments.

  • Support individuals in developing skills for independent living and community participation.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and care needs regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting.
  • A valid DBS check and relevant healthcare qualifications are advantageous.
