Care Support Worker (Children) – Telford

Position: Part-Time Care Support Worker

Hours: 20 hours per week (additional 15 hours during term holidays)

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Location: Telford

Requirements: Drivers with business insurance, experienced in complex care and neuro-diverse behaviours

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist care for two young boys, aged 5 and 7, with neuro-diverse behaviours.

About the Role:

  • Supporting the children in their daily routines, ensuring their needs are met with a person-centred approach
  • Encouraging independence, engagement, and development through structured activities
  • Managing challenging behaviours with patience and expertise
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs
