About The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will:

  • Support service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
  • Promote independence and dignity at every opportunity.
  • Encourage engagement in activities and routines that enhance wellbeing.
  • Provide care that reflects the individual’s choices, culture, and aspirations.
  • Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, compassionate, and flexible individuals who are willing to commit to working a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
  • Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one off).
  • Travelling up to one hour from your postcode to deliver care.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have good general availability to provide consistent care.
  • Be willing to complete our induction and shadowing programme.
  • Have a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference. (Experience in care is preferred but not essential – we’ll train you!)
