We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HCAs to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

We are recruiting an experienced Female Complex Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our Complex Homecare Team. This role involves providing high-quality, responsive support to our 1-year-old female in their family home.

Essential Experience
  • Paediatric Experience is preferred
  • Oxygen Training
  • Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome (CCHS)
  • Central Hypotonia
About You

We are looking for HCAs who are:

  • Confident and calm when handling challenging situations
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional
  • Compassionate and committed to high standards of care
Requirements
  • Must be a driver (no walkers or non-drivers)
  • Experience: 2 years minimum in Complex Care
  • Non-smokers
  • Fluent in English
  • Female applicants, requested by Family
  • Part-time availability, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-3pm
