Mental Health Support Worker - Drivers Wanted (Full Time)

No sponsorship licences available, must have right to work in UK.

Location: Supported Living, CB1 - CB8 postcodes.

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour (package and experience dependent).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with budgeting and financial management.
  • Arranging daily activities and encouraging participation.
  • Building professional, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Supporting behaviours that challenge in 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1+ ratios.
  • Providing personal care as needed.
  • Utilising communication aids (experience advantageous).
  • Ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) standards.
  • Keeping thorough records and working to high documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving licence with business insurance and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Preferred Experience: MAPA/CPI and/or PBS training and experience desirable.
  • Previous experience managing physical behaviours that challenge.
  • Experience and understanding in using communication aids.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
