Our dedicated client surgeries operate in Southall, Gravesend, West Bromwich, and soon in Wembley, making us accessible to NRIs across the UK. We specialize in:

We are seeking an Associate Partner, preferably with a legal background, who can invest in the business and play a strategic role in scaling operations across the UK and India. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to move from a traditional legal or consultancy career to a more entrepreneurial, impact-driven leadership role. As a partner, you will help shape the future of the company, lead teams, and drive expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Assist in shaping business strategies, service expansion, and partner networks in both the UK and India.
  • Client Engagement: Manage high-value client relationships, attend client surgeries, and oversee complex cases.
  • Legal Expertise: Guide the team on legal processes, documentation, and case handling, especially related to Indian law.
  • Business Development: Lead outreach efforts, develop partnerships with law firms and community leaders, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Oversight: Support daily operations, monitor case progress, and liaise with legal teams in India.
  • Investment & Growth: Bring financial commitment to the business and share in the growth and profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified in Law (UK or India) or has legal consulting experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping the diaspora
  • Willingness to invest financially and emotionally into a fast-growing venture
  • Strong understanding of the Indian legal system and property laws
