Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure safe and efficient operations of all systems, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Repair or replace equipment such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, HVAC units, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and supplies used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist with landscaping, painting, and other general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
