Location: Hull (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,500 basic + monthly bonus
Hours: Flexible (30+ hours considered)
UK Moneyman is expanding our Later Life department, and we are seeking a committed and customer‑focused Later Life Mortgage Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor, or a mortgage‑qualified individual looking to return to advising, to develop their career within a supportive and well‑established organisation.
About the Role
This employed position offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days per week based in our Hull office. You’ll work with high‑quality, pre‑qualified leads and provide tailored advice to customers exploring:
- Mortgages into retirement
- Retirement Interest Only (RIO) products
- Equity release solutions (full training provided)
You will play a key role in delivering ethical, compliant and empathetic advice — particularly when supporting clients in vulnerable circumstances.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a mortgage advisor or a mortgage‑qualified professional, ready to return to advisory work
- Strong ethical values and a commitment to fair customer outcomes
- Ideally, experience supporting vulnerable customers
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work toward (or already hold) the CeRER qualification
