Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of the Control Room.
- Develop and maintain property floor plans, detailing key numbers and detector locations.
- Manage staff rotas, attendance, overtime, and holidays.
- Report equipment faults to the appropriate department.
- Attend London & Surrey areas, as and when required by the Security Manager.
- Coordinate with third party Managers to ensure all guard positions are covered during occupied status.
- Be on-call as required.
- Organise job-specific training courses.
- Adhere to all company policies, particularly regarding health and safety.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
- Willing to do overtime when required by the Security Manager.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in providing security support for VIPs and principals.
- Minimum of a CCTV SIA License and a Security Guard License.
- Valid, clean driving license.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- No recorded criminal convictions or listings on relevant child protection or vulnerable adult lists.
