Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water supplies, sanitation systems, waste disposal systems, and central heating systems.
  • Fix and maintain piped services across client properties.
  • Maintain an inventory of plumbing materials and ensure supplies are available as needed.
  • Provide support to other staff members when required.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Qualifications in City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing or higher.
  • Unvented ticket.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH.
  • Possession of own hand tools.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving license.
  • Significant proven experience in plumbing.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, nightshift pattern within the Maintenance Team during client occupations.
  • Ability to write reports & job sheets either manually or electronically.
