The Role As an Estate Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the estate. Your expertise in property maintenance, machinery operation, and animal care will help sustain a high-quality environment for the estate. Key Responsibilities Assist with the care and management of animals, including feeding and monitoring health. Maintain facilities, ensuring cleanliness and optimal conditions. Support the breeding program by preparing facilities and handling animals as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks around the estate, including groundskeeping and general upkeep. Operate machinery such as tractors and JCB mini diggers for estate maintenance. Assist in the preparation and transportation of animals for events, training sessions, and client visits. Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, particularly concerning animal care. Complete any additional tasks as requested by management.What We\’re Looking For We are seeking a professional with: Experience in estate maintenance or animal care (Essential). Experience operating tractors, JCB mini diggers, ATVs, and other relevant equipment. A valid UK driving license (HGV license is desirable). The physical ability to handle animals and perform manual labour.
