Key Responsibilities:
- Transport staff and clients as directed by the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager, following Health & Safety guidelines.
- Perform daily reporting to the Fleet Controller for job allocations.
- Conduct manual handling activities, including loading and unloading items.
- Clean UKME vehicles as required.
- Maintain readiness and responsiveness by keeping the work mobile phone switched on and always answered.
- Work according to a flexible rota, especially during high season.
- Always follow instructions from the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager.
- Perform any additional reasonable tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
- Comply with UKME’s policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain company vehicles in good condition.
- Support chauffeurs in their duties as needed.
- Accurately record mileage for all trips.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Minibus/Van driver.
- Possession of a full and valid D1 driver’s license.
- Familiarity with driving in the Surrey area (desirable).
