Oversee pre-arrival, arrival, during-stay, and departure housekeeping operations for assigned properties. Ensure that properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Assist in training housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.

Organise staff rosters, assign workloads, and monitor housekeeping staff and contractors. Issue keys in accordance with departmental procedures and ensure staff have adequate cleaning supplies. Set and maintain high standards for staff appearance and behaviour. Report maintenance issues and ensure appropriate follow-up. Verify the legitimacy of individuals entering properties.

Collaborate with the Housekeeping Coordinator for efficient scheduling. Manage purchase orders and requests, ensuring timely delivery of items. Organise end-of-season maintenance and spring-cleaning programs for soft furnishings and other areas. Conduct stock takes and ensure properties are stocked with necessary supplies.

Attend to client requests and manage personal items left in properties. Ensure proper handling of personal and household laundry, particularly in overseas properties. Organise service rotas and supervise staff when clients are in residence. Assist clients with personal tasks such as sourcing items, shopping, and booking restaurants.

Handle flower and chocolate orders, general shopping, and pet care duties. Assist in setting up new or rental properties as needed. Liaise with other departments and attend departmental meetings. Supervise timesheets and rotas and handle ad-hoc duties as required. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
