About Us We are looking for an experienced and qualified Gas Safe Plumber to join our dynamic Property Maintenance team in Surrey. The Role As a Gas Safe Plumber, you\’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems across a range of properties. From heating systems and drainage to water supply and sanitation, your role will ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to support on-call and seasonal shifts. Key Responsibilities · Install, maintain, and repair water supply, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems. · Service piped systems including drainage and closed-loop heating circuits. · Test systems for efficiency and safety compliance. · Maintain accurate inventory of plumbing materials and equipment. · Support other maintenance staff when needed. · Adhere to all company health and safety standards, including COSHH and building regulations. · Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties as required. · Carry out additional duties within the scope of the role as directed by management.
