Responsibilities



  • Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water systems, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.

  • Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage systems.

  • Test closed-loop heating circuits to ensure correct levels.

  • Maintain an inventory of plumbing materials.

  • Aid other staff members when required.

  • Adhere to health and safety policies and participate in seasonal shift and on-call rotations.

  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.



Qualifications



  • City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing or higher (Essential)

  • Unvented ticket (Essential)

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH (Essential)

  • Understanding of building regulations (Essential)

  • Possess own hand tools (Essential)

  • Significant proven experience in plumbing (Essential)

  • Full clean UK driving license.
