Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and readily available for chefs.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to a self-service area.
- Clear away dishes and cutlery, disposing of leftover food and drinks, assisting with catering duties.
- Set up tables before meal services, clearing and cleaning dining areas and service stations.
- Unload deliveries and assist in storing ingredients properly.
- Keep fridges fully stocked.
- Operate dishwashers and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic servery environment, including floors, fridges, crockery cupboard, and work surfaces.

- Adhere to UKME's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
