As an Assistant Stables Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage horse care, and ensure that all facilities are clean and safe. You will supervise staff, manage the stable's budget, and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring smooth and efficient stables management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily stable operations, ensuring the health and welfare of horses.
  • Ensure proper feeding, grooming, exercise, and medical care for the horses.
  • Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Manage the stable's budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain health and safety protocols in the stables.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for animal care supplies.
  • Provide regular reports to the Kennels & Stables Manager.
  • Escalate any issues regarding horses to senior management.
