We are seeking a professional and vigilant Control Room Operator to support the safety and security of our estate through effective monitoring and incident management.
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring CCTV systems to maintain the security of the estate and respond appropriately to security breaches.
- Managing the issue and return of security keys, access cards, and visitor passes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security protocols.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an efficient security service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security control room or similar security environment.
- Experience monitoring and operating CCTV surveillance systems.
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence.
- Highly computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
