The Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both kitchen and front-of-house operations. Your energy, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help ensure smooth meal services and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and readily available for chefs.
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests at the table or to a self-service area.
  • Clear away dishes and cutlery.
  • Dispose of leftover food and drinks, assisting with catering duties.
  • Set up tables before meal services, clearing and cleaning dining areas and service stations.
  • Unload deliveries and assist in storing ingredients properly.
  • Keep fridges fully stocked.
  • Operate dishwashers and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic servery environment, including floors, fridges, crockery cupboard, and work surfaces.
  • Wash and store utensils and dishes correctly.
  • Polish the silverware.
