We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Estate Worker to support the upkeep and day-to-day operations of our estate. This role plays an important part in maintaining the estate's grounds, properties, and equipment while ensuring high standards of presentation and care. Working closely with the Estate Manager and wider team, you will assist with property maintenance, groundskeeping, and livestock care, helping ensure the estate runs smoothly and efficiently.

As an Estate Worker, you will carry out a variety of practical tasks across the estate including grounds maintenance, property upkeep, equipment operation, and livestock support. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and is comfortable operating machinery and undertaking physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain estate grounds and properties to a high standard
  • Feed and assist with the care of livestock
  • Operate machinery including tractors, ATVs, and JCB equipment where required
