Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany clients to specialist medical appointments, providing verbal and written interpretation services as needed.
  • Stay with clients throughout their appointments and attend follow-up sessions when required.
  • Relay all relevant information regarding the patient's case back to the Medical Department.
  • Communicate any necessary follow-up appointments.
  • Always maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Perform any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluent in traditional Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience as a Medical Interpreter, with a demonstrated history in a similar role.
  • Degree or qualification in Interpreting Services (desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
