Job Description
- Provide assurance reports to the CoC identifying trend analysis informing the Continuous Improvement process.
- Provide assurance of training standards and franchise requirements of all training staff and trainees.
- Support the development and delivery of CPD activities under the guidance of the CI.
- Responsible for overseeing training and mentoring of new training staff and the mentoring of Regular and AR training staff to contribute to their professional development.
- Monitor the submission of accreditation material and the accreditation observations whilst acting as a focal point for liaison with the accreditation provider.
- Conduct assurance for Army ATC franchises and act as the focal point for coordination with DCTS franchise lead.
